Can fire sprinkler plate protect fire sprinkler ?

We have tried to get some certifications for our products.Unfortunately,we did not find any authorized institutions to give our products to some international certificates.

All of our products have a 5 years warranty against any fabricated deflection.It is including of our coloured products too. In order to get a permanent,durable colour in our products,we use the technic of powder coating.With this technic,colours of our products are long-lasting and almost permanent(10 years and more)

In fire protection markets,you can find many products of fire sprinkler plates and protection guards for fire sprinkler and it is highly true that most of the products are so easily curved or bended but we use carbon steal with high quality to produce fire sprinkler plates and other products and we test our products for curving or bending.Results show us that our products with high quality have never been curved or bended.Also,we care so much about complainings about our products in order to fix the problems yet we have never got this kind of complains.

I have a few showrooms to sell this type of the products but unfortunately after we order,our ordered products are mostly crushed and too much damaged to unable to sell.Other suppliers put so many products in a box and this cause so many trouble for people who want to sell the products.

We use some protective materials before packaging and we have specific standards for our boxes.For examples,200 pieces of fire sprinkler plates are packed in a box.Gross weight of a fulled boxed is around 8,5-9 kg .One pallet is 100cmx120cmx200h and 10000 pieces of fire sprinkler plates.Lastly,One container includes 12 Pallets of Fire sprinkler plates.That is our standard and It never changes for safety of our products.

It was really suprising to me when I heard you produces this type of products from Turkey.Generally these kind products come from China or other east asia countries.What is your difference ?
